1 · Moisture Remediation & Clean-Up
- Clean Up & Debris Removal — remove old plastic, debris, abandoned ductwork, old pipe sections and damaged insulation (1,306 sq ft); clean up and prepare the crawlspace for work; haul away from the home
- Vapor Barrier 10 mil — measure on-site and install across the crawlspace floor (1,306 sq ft); pier overlap, secured with crawlspace staples or wire pins

2 · Crawlspace Waterproofing
- Interior Perimeter Drainage — perimeter trench along the crawlspace foundation walls (126 linear ft); 4in corrugated perforated pipe with sock sleeve covered with #57 stone, sloping to the sump pump
- Sump Pump — Zoeller model M53 with sump pump basin; pre-drilled holes with protective cloth, 1 1/2 water check valve, 1 1/2 solid PVC discharge
- Discharge Line — run 25 ft to the exterior, away from the foundation
- Electrical Outlet — 1 new outlet dedicated for the sump pump

3 · Structural Repairs
- Concrete Piers — 5 concrete footings, 20in wide, 24in deep, 20in length; 12in #57 gravel stone and 12in concrete PSI 5000; 5 metal power post adjustable jacks to support the beam
- Support Beam — install 12 linear ft of main support beam with (3) 2x8 lumber
- Sister Joists — sister 7 floor joists with 2x8 lumber

Terms & Conditions
Scope: Clean up and preparation of the crawlspace with new 10 mil vapor barrier (1,306 sq ft), interior perimeter drainage (126 linear ft), one sump pump with dedicated electrical outlet, 5 concrete footings with metal power post adjustable jacks, 12 linear ft of support beam, and 7 sistered floor joists.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Only 10 percent lift will be attempted when lifting and securing beams. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project · 2 year lift, stabilization guaranteed · 2 years on the sump pump · 12 months on the drainage system.
